I craft my pants off

We got pumpkins to decorate for Halloween. First we are painting them and when it gets closer to Halloween well carve them. This is mine and Brooklyn's girl pumpkin Hally.


I love little crafty decor so I decided to make me a Halloween Decoration. What do you think? (Click pic to enlarge)

Cale loves riding in his big dump truck! Reminds me of when Pa uses to give us grandkids rides in the bucket on the backhoe. :)

Family Homework

We got our 2nd family homework assignment. Decorate a pumpkin...

eyes: pine needle eye lashes, pink heart jewels, and red glitter eye shadow
nose: acorn & acorn hats
mouth: pink pipe cleaner
cheeks: pink pom poms
rainbow hair with pipe cleaners & and neckalace made of beads

We had fun and it turned out beautiful!

The past couple weeks

I guess it was 2 weeks ago we had a very rough 4 or 5 days with Cale teething, some of his molars came in. He slobbered non stop, there was a constant string of slobber from his chin to the puddle on his shirt. He was fussy the whole time and slept horribly. But they finally came through and he's back to normal.

While teething we gave him motrin so one day he went and got it for me. "mom its time for my medicine." (Notice puddle on shirt)

This past week we celebrated our nephew Elijah's 3rd birthday.
