Playing, Cleaning and Planting

Thought this was great picture of the kids. They love to swing!

Some pretty pink flowers in the backyard.

We planted some marigolds and zinnias my mom gave us. If I'm lucky my thumb will be half as green as hers. :)

Brooklyn's cherry tomatoe plant. Can't wait for some yummy tomatoes!

We have two crape myrtles in the backyard. Within the past couple of weeks the leaves have started to grow, I wonder what color of blooms they will have?

Grass and weeds had come into the barriers aroud the crape myrtles so this week we got in the backyard and did some yard work, cleaning it out and planting some flower seeds.

Didn't get a chance to take a before picture of this bush, but just imagine the ground inside the barrier covered with grass and pine needles.
After

I plan to take more pictures of the places I cleaned and planted seeds when they start to grow. They will be after after pictures.

Life is hard...

Cale hasn't been taking that great of naps lately, so when he finally does crash... he crashes hard.

In this picture he actually fell asleep with the bottle in his mouth.

Only in your own backyard!

Went to enjoy some nice weather in the backyard, with Cale only in a T-shirt and diaper and Brook in only her panties...

Nannie's 75th Birthday!

This is signs me and Brooklyn painted for Nannie.

My cousin Kelly came up with the idea that we each write on a piece of paper wonderful memories we have of Nannie, then put them all in a book for her to read.

Sue Bear and Libby Louby (Olivia)

Nannie and a drawing of her when she was little: made by my aunt Angie.

This is 'Nannie's Zoo' it has different animals and everyones name in the family; all hand stitched on it. Kelly did an awesome job!

Brook was a little dissapointed that Nannie wasn't having a princess party, but she brought her own crown anyway. Apparently everyone needs to have a princess party.

Mom's Spa

Finally soaked and painted mine and Brook's toes. :)

Just Silly~*

Brooklyn has enjoyed playing with the bubbles in the sink after she washes her hands. She likes to put them on her face... in these pictures she has a goatee.

A Day at the Ranch

Finally got out to the Ranch again. Some of the family joined us, had a nice relaxing day riding horses, four wheelers, and the golf cart.

Jonathan, Steve, Brooklyn, and Zac

A sweet picture of Heather and Cale

Helpful

This is how Brooklyn carries Cale around. For the most part he doesn't seem to mind it. He just loves his sister. He'll crawl all through the house until he finds her. It reminds me of when kids hold animals... you know almost choking them with there arms up by there ears. There's barely a 10 pound difference between them, its no wonder she holds him that way.

Cale Bale

Some handsome pictures of my sweet baby.

Cale fell asleep in the floor like this. Tired baby

Blinks **

Thought this was funny. This is just something new Cale started. Not sure what he's doing... probably just figuring out more things he can do.

Prayer Request

I ask that all of you keep the Wims Family in your thoughts and prayers.

The Fwing Set

Brooklyn got her birthday present from Pa Pa and Ju Ju this past Friday. As soon as Jonathan and Steve put it together she was on it playing. She loves it! Thanks Ju Ju and Pa Pa!

As you can see she can't wait to have Cale join her on it. (It won't be long) But until then Beary will have to do.

The boys relaxing...
