My sweet Caley Belly

Here are some pictures I took today of Cale. He's getting big :(. Heavy too just weighing him at home he's around 13 pounds! The pictures of his hands and feet I did while he was sleeping of course, but thought they turned out sweet. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures up of my Brookie Bear. She's been outside playing all day. I'm sure she'll want her picture taken soon. Until then...

Funny story. I've been trying to stay up with Cale's baby book so when I think about it I try to do a little. In the book there's a place to do the baby's hand and feet prints... I've been meaning to do it for a couple of weeks now, but wanted to have Jonathan help me. But as most of you know Jonathan schedule has been insane so we've never got to. So today I decided me and Brook would go for it. Yeah sorry Cale.

A few people have said "we need some new pictures" so I took some... Cale looks so handsome in this one. Getting so big!

Ok this picture I took about 2 weeks ago. I just wanted y'all to be able to compare it to the one I took today (picture below) so you could see how much he's changing. He's looking even more like his daddy.

Cale took this picture himself. Atleast it looks that way since his arm sticking out. :)

Here are some pictures of the kids to get you all through the next few days. Everything is going good with us, just trying to get back in the swing of things now that all the family is gone. Jonathan has been working alot and not getting off til late. Brooklyn still can't get enough of her Brother. She's a good helper, but at times to much help. Cale, he's growing up right before my eyes. He's been holding his head up more, pushing off with his legs trying to stand, and trying to turn over. The past few times I've put him in his bed when I go to get him he's in a different spot. Can't believe he's already 3 weeks. As for me, just trying to adjust to having to kids and trying to keep up with Cale and his eating abilities.

And this is how the kids lay downstairs as I post this blog. Thought it was funny how there both asleep in the same position. Arms out, head slightly tilted to the right...

-Cale's Baby Shower-

Cale's 2 wk. check-up

So today Cale had his 2 week check up. He has gained a whole pound and is almost 1 inch longer just since birth! The doctor said that most babies gain 1 to 2 pounds in the first MONTH... Cale did it in 2 weeks. Yeah he's gonna be a monster. The doctor was very impressed with him. Especially the power of his suck, she had some trouble taking his pacifier out. :) Oh and yesterday we went to the Nex to get groceries and I had a lady come up to me and look at Cale and say "How old is your baby?... 2 months?" I said no he'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. He'll be bigger than me before we know it.


This was taken this past monday night. Both the kids were asleep on Aunt Amber. Thought it was a cute picture, but also wanted to show you how big and long brother is beside Brook. And keep in mind how Brooklyn is pretty long herself.
