Fun at Mainstay Farm

This past Saturday our church had a "Cowboy Cookout" at Mainstay Farm (just outside of Ft. Worth). Thankfully the weather cleared up just in time, it was humid and a little cool at first, but it really turned out nice. They had everything, from a hay ride, to hay to play on, a maze, goats and donkeys to pet, a super slide, go-cart bikes, a big playground, etc... We wished Jonathan could have come, but me and the kids had a great time anyway! Here's some pics of the day.

The next several pics are from when they took us on a hay ride it was pretty neat, showing us different things on the farm and telling us there story.

The owners of the farm are funny. Here is there "Forbidden Forest"

While on the hay ride we were asked if anyone needed to stop and use the restroom... it's the 'only' one on the farm. ;)

Brooklyn said this was gross.
